Hotel and location:

The 3* Staybridge Suites Times Square are ideally located less than 10 minutes on foot to Times Square and the world-famous Hard Rock Café NYC. Central Park Zoo can be reached in as little as 15 minutes by public transport, from here guests can walk through the expansive green space in the middle of the city to discover sites such as Belvedere Castle, the Museum of Natural History, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Smithsonian and the Guggenheim to name a few. For some of the world`s best shopping, 5th Avenue is within a 20 minute walk from the Staybridge Suites, where trips up the Empire State Building for incredible views over the city can also be found. In under 30 minutes on public transport guests can explore another part of the city where the site of the World Trade Centre and memorial sits, alongside Wall Street and Battery Park where Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty can be seen over the water.

Getting there:

BY SUBWAY: From 34 Street Penn Station. Exit the station and walk north-west on W 35th Street towards 8th Avenue. Take a right onto 8th Avenue, then turn left onto W 40th Street and the hotel will be on the left. This is approx. a 7 minute walk.
BY AIR: From JFK Airport. A taxi will take approx. 45 minutes from the airport, alternatively public transport can be used by taking the AirTrain from Terminal 1 to Jamaica Train Station, and then a connecting bus to 42St Port Authority Bus Terminal. From here it is approx. a 4 min walk to the hotel, walk north-west on W 42nd St towards 8th Avenue, turn left onto 8th Ave and right onto W 40th St where the hotel will be on the left. This journey will take approx. 1hr 15 mins.
